Can you Say SNOW?

When it was all said and done the official total was 13.5 to 14 inches in our area in about a 24 hour period. Hard to believe it will be 60 on Saturday! Needless to say we have had a blast with neighborhood snowball fights, building snowmen and sledding!around 9 am

I attended a cookie exchange last weekend and won best presentation. Cookies weren't bad either. Brian, Mom and I had a good time making them and I was excited that I found glasses that the cookies all fit in. The best part was bringing home 8 dozen cookies that were all different!

Taking Advantage of 3 Snows in a Week

Its unusual to get much snow around here. So to get three snows in the span of about a weekthat actually stick meant there was quite a bit of fun to be had in our house.

Best Big Brother EVER!

Matthew was dancing with his sister. Her giggles and smile were priceless

That's my girl

A style all her own. If you can't decide if you like winter or summer better just dress for both!

Potty Training

Sick Baby

Katherine spent the second week of December running 102-103 degree temp for 7 days. She eventually got a nasty cough and then some congestion. We finished off with an ear infection. Poor baby told me her "tongue hurt way down low" and her "voice is broke"

Desert Island

by Matthew Wood
Once upon a time me and family and friends were looking for something and we ran into a wild mountain lion when we saw a flash of lightning. Then a volcano erupted. We all ran screaming through the hot sand and we all went back to the campsite where there is lots of fish to cook in the fire. But before we did that we gathered firewood in the woods. It stopped raining and then we went swimming

The End

(Matthew locked himself in his room the other day and emerged with this story. I thought you would all get a kick out of it!))

Santa's Visit

Santa came to our friends house to visit our four children. He was absolutely wonderful and the children were thrilled. Katherine even climbed into his lap on her own. Quite a feat considering she screamed when she saw him last week. She must have known he was the real deal. I will post pictures once I figure how to get them from facebook to here.
