When you run out of paper
The days may be wild and crazy but they are filled with love. I wouldn't trade our life together for anything

Paper? Who needs paper???
Just because you run out of paper it doesn't mean you need to stop painting....

Scout Graduation
Thursday night was a big night for both scouts in our family. Matthew received both his tiger and his Wolf badge. He had actually earned his tiger a month or so ago but received it last night. He then graduated with his den to wolf. Brian also officially took over as Cub Master. I was then informed later in the evening that I was to be the official scrapbooker...we'll see!

Great Weekend
We had a wonderful weekend. It started out with grilling on our friends deck Friday night. We ate like kings and enjoyed great ADULT conversation (Jenn and I needed it it!).
Saturday morning the whole family went out with the scouts on a four mile hike cleaning up trash along a local hiking/biking trail.

From there we went straight to Matthew's soccer game. I have to say the boy scored quite a nice goal...the other teams parents were even cheering for him!

The boy flew down the field more than once!
We enjoyed a little grilled pizza with Jenn, Jeff and the kids Saturday night. Whitney tried telling Katherine the finer points of using a potty. 7 pair of underwear and an hour later we were back in diapers!

Sunday we got some planting done in the front yard and went to Chesapeake Jubilee. We enjoyed some fair food and rides. Unfortunately we had to run as the concert started to avoid the rain. Katherine was tuckered out and fell asleep in the car. We brought her in and put her on the chair and a half thinking she would wake up shortly (it was 4:30). She slept through the TV and popcorn popping and finally woke up at 6:00!
(more pictures coming of the fair-check back later)

It was perfect weather for being so sick. It has rained almost nonstop for two days. Katherine's had a 101+ fever since Saturday. Today it broke...for the morning. Now after a 3 hour 45 minute nap its back to 100. She looks pitiful and sounds even worse.

Birthday Girl
The Wedding
Alison's and Joe's wedding was absolutely beautiful and I have never seen Alison so beautiful! Unfortunately I was so busy that I didn't take any pictures. I got mom to take a couple but I only have one of the bride and groom! Matthew looked soooo handsome in his tux and he did a great job as the ring bearer. I couldn't have been more proud. As for Katherine at least she didn't run screaming! She dumped out the basket and yelled "I did it" instead!
