Matthew started 3rd grade last Tuesday and LOVES his teacher. He is discovering there is more "work" in 3rd grade though! He also had his first advanced soccer game. Bigger field, bigger kids, bigger skill! I believe he was humbled a bit! While his team lost 3-1, they played rather well considering they have only had three practices. Our Advanced team lost 11-0 to this opponent last year. So all in all not a bad loss. 2 of the 3 goals would not have happened had our defenders been where they should have! Lessons learned!
Katherine started preschool yesterday and had a blast. She hardly even had time to say goodbye to her parents. Little Stinker!
