The days may be wild and crazy but they are filled with love. I wouldn't trade our life together for anything

Zoo Date
Katherine took her new best friend, Whitney, to the zoo today. They were an absolute riot. I am not sure who had more fun them or me marveling at their sweet natures. Oh to be that young and to have life be so uncomplicated!
Katherine pointing out the giraffes to Whitney as if she couldn't see them!
Double stroller = 2 seats but 2 kids = 1 seat Hmmmm...something doesn't add up here!
Checking out the red panda eating shoots
Ms. Lynore and the bullfrog! HE was much bigger than the toads we caught this weekend!
Listening to Ms. Sharon read us a story.

More Campout Photos!

This is the Pipsico Tree, legend has it that Sacajawea is buried near by and she has provided the strength to this tree for it to grow so large, it took thirteen Scouts and Parents linked hand in hand to make it all the way around.

"You want fries with that?"

The Leader Vs. Scout kickball game, I had them right where I wanted them......
Come to find out, there were too many Scouts and I didn't make it past second base.
I've never seen Matthew so excited to do work, let alone wash dishes. The boy has some hidden talent that we will be exploiting at home.

This has the look of, "Oh boy, Dad knows I know how to wash dishes. How do I get out of this?"

My little Cowgirl
Raised Garden
We spent the weekend working on building a raised garden for our attempt at veggies. Brian did most of the working while I ran errands and corralled the kids who became quite entertained by the toads they found. I managed to helpa little while Katherine slept. But as usual most of the kudos for any of our projects goes to Brian. Thanks sweetheart! I will post pictures of it when it is completed.
Brian is putting up a trellis. we are going to try some hanging tomatoes this year and see what happens.
Listen closely. Our Toad was quite talkative-that clicking noise is the toad not Matthew!
