Pajama Day!

 Even our Assistant Principal and Principal got in on the fun.  Our students donated over 300 pairs of pajamas through a Scholastic Books program.  For every pair of pjs donated, Scholastic donated a book.  The last day of collections the students were allowed to wear their jammies to school!  As PTA PresidentI was able to join in on the fun and of course we couldn't leave Little Bit out of the fun!

Indoor season begins!

We will be heading to the beach every weekend for the next 8 weeks for soccer games.  Matthew is quite excited as was I until I realized that for 3 of the games we had to be out of the house by 6am!  I have already instituted a nap time for those three game days!

The Birds

 It felt like an Alfred Hitchcock movie in our backyard yesterday!  We counted close to 30 turkey vultures.  Their shadows as they flew over were VERY impressive.

Christmas Lights....Beach Style

 Every year they close down the boardwalk in the evenings so cars can drive on it to see the beach lights.  Of course there is a heavy "beach influence"!

 

But also your more traditional lights as well
