The Virginia Zoo

Dad went back to work so Beste and I took the kids to the zoo. It is a small zoo,the perfect size for Katherine and Matthew. We were able to see the entire thing without pressing our luck. They are opening a new area exhibit sometime this year so more animals are coming. We have a membership to the one in Columbia SC and it is good here as well. Of course I think the St. Louis Zoo will always be our favorite!
The baby giraffe is about 8 weeks old in this photo if I remember correctly.
