At the pack meeting Matthew was thrilled to earn 9 belt loops and 3 pins. We took those sick days when he felt decent but was still running a fever to work on all the things we need to complete them such as make a family tree, make a poster of your heritage, etc. I was lucky enough to hand them out because I have been helping lead his den the last month or so. The cammo shirt is actually a pack T-shirt--I don't normally go around wearing cammo! It has been fun to have the entire family involved in scouting. Katherine even gets excited about going to the meetings. Please keep his leader Mark (to the right of Brian), wife Mary and their 5 children in your prayers as she continues to battle stage 3 breast cancer and is currently undergoing a very painful reconstruction.
For the Scouting Birthday, the boys went bowling.

At the party Matthew recieved recognition as one of the top 3 popcorn sellers (he missed first by $5) Thank you to everyone who helped out the the pack by buying popcorn. It is there only fundraiser each year.
