Matthew left Monday morning to head to DC with Granny and Papa Terry. He is very excited and I am sad to see him go although I know it is a wonderful experience for him.
he called when he got in and immediately wanted to talk to his sister. He felt bad he had not given her a hug when he left but he had gotten a little emotional as he was leaving. He reported that he had eaten at Hardee's for the first time ever although it was just biscuits and gravy and that they had stopped at Dairy Queen. He was staying on the 7th floor and traffic was horrible!
